The Fat-Burning Soup Diet is a 7-day meal plan aimed at achieving rapid weight loss. While not a long-term weight loss solution, it's known to be effective in the short term.

Basis Fat Burning Soup Recipe
The recipe for “Basic Fat-Burning Soup” includes plenty of ingredients to make new batches as needed. It cleanses your body and initiates a fat-burning process of significant proportions. What happens is that your body revs up its metabolism, resulting in weight loss. You can eat as much of the soup as you want, as often as you're hungry.
- 10 liters Basic Fat Burning Soup
- 3 large onions
- 3 cans of diced tomatoes
- ½ head of cabbage
- 500g green beans
- 1 kg carrots
- 2 green bell peppers
- ½ celery / 1 bunch of celery
- 6 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
- 6 vegetable bouillon cubes / (Oscars makes fat-free bouillon powder)
- Optionally, replace 1 can of tomatoes with 1 jar of taco sauce
Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley to taste. Optionally add chili, garlic, Worcestershire sauce. Dice the vegetables and cover with water. Add the cans of tomatoes. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. The soup can be eaten whenever you're hungry. Eat as much and as often as you like. The soup doesn't provide extra calories. The more you eat, the more weight you lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you're away during the day.
If the soup is consumed alone (without the following nutrients), you'll suffer from malnutrition.
Day 1
- All kinds of fruits except bananas. Honeydew and watermelon have fewer calories than most fruits. Eat only soup and fruit. Drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.
Day 2
- All kinds of vegetables. Eat until you're full of all kinds of fresh, raw, or frozen vegetables. Try to eat leafy greens (without dressing) and stay away from dried beans, peas, and corn. Eat vegetables with the soup. In the evening, reward yourself with a large baked potato with butter. Don't eat any fruit.
Day 3
- Eat as much soup, fruit, and vegetables as you want. No baked potato.
Day 4
- Bananas and skim milk (or soy milk). Eat 5-8 bananas and drink as much water as possible this day, along with the soup. Bananas and milk are high in calories and carbohydrates. Feel free to replace some of the bananas with avocado. This day your body needs potassium, carbohydrates, proteins, and calcium to reduce cravings for sweets.
Day 5
- Beef / veal (chicken or fish) and tomatoes. Up to 300-500 grams of beef and a can of tomatoes or 5-7 fresh tomatoes today. Optionally, a protein shake can also be a solution as a meat replacement. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush uric acid out of the body. Eat soup at least once today.
Day 6
- Beef / veal and vegetables. Eat all the beef and vegetables you want today. For example, 2-3 steaks with leafy greens – but no baked potato. Eat soup at least once today.
Day 7
- Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables. Again, eat as much as you want. Eat soup at least once today.
Important rules and information about the diet
If you haven't cheated on the diet, you will have lost between 3½ – 8 kilos after 7 days. If you've lost more than 7 kilos, take a break for 2 full days before starting the diet again from day 1.
This 7-day meal plan can be used as often as you like. If followed correctly, it will cleanse your system of impurities and give you a sense of well-being you've never felt before.
After just 7 days on this program, you'll have plenty of energy. Continue with this diet as long as you like and as long as you feel the difference.
This diet is fast, fat-burning, and the secret is that you burn more calories than you consume.
You must not consume alcoholic beverages at any time due to the removal of fat deposits in your system. You must have completed the diet at least 24 hours before consuming alcohol.
Since each person's digestive system is different, it has a different effect on each individual. After the 3rd day, you'll have more energy than when you started – if you haven't cheated. After being on the diet for several days, you'll notice a change in your bowel movements. Eat a cup of bran fiber.
Although you may have coffee on this diet, you'll find that you don't miss caffeine after the 6th day.
Importantly, absolutely no bread, no alcohol, no sodas – not even diet products. Stick to water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juice, cranberry juice, and skim milk.
“Basic Fat-Burning Soup” can be eaten whenever you feel hungry. Eat as much of the soup as you like. Remember, the more you eat of it, the more you lose weight.
No fried food or bread.
You can eat boiled or baked chicken instead of red meat. (Absolutely no chicken skin). If you prefer, you can replace the meat with cooked fish on one of the meat days. You need high protein levels in the meat on the other days.
If you are taking prescribed medication, it will not harm this diet. Continue the diet as long as you wish and feel the mental and physical difference.
