Laat minstens 30 minuten marineren, bij voorkeur een nacht voor de beste smaak.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>De kip koken<\/strong>: Verhit olijfolie in een koekenpan met antiaanbaklaag op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de gehakte uien toe en bak tot ze goudbruin zijn. Voeg de gemarineerde kip toe (samen met de marinade) en bak ongeveer 7-10 minuten tot de kip helemaal gaar is.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Tomaten toevoegen<\/strong>: Roer de geplette tomaten erdoor en laat het mengsel ongeveer 15-20 minuten sudderen tot de saus dikker wordt.
